摘　　要：为加强中医药项目的资金管理,提高社会资金使用效益和项目管理水平,依据财政部《中央社会保障部门项目支出绩效考评暂行办法》和卫生部《公共卫生项目支出绩效考评暂行办法》的规定,结合中医药项目预算执行资金管理的特点和现状,探索建立其绩效指标体系,并加强绩效考评结果的应用,以优化支出结构,合理配置资源。To improve the management level on the fund used for the Traditional Chinese Medicine Project, increase the utilize efficiency and project management ability, then optimize the structure of fiscal expenditure and dispatch resources ap- propriately, according to some official documents related to performance evaluation, we are exploring to set up a system of performance evaluation combined with the characteristics of this project.
