摘　　要：目的:了解湖南省基层中医药科技人员科技信息利用中存在的影响因素。方法:通过问卷调查为主,电话采访、面对面访谈为辅的方法,选择200名湖南省基层中医药科研骨干人员进行问卷调查及统计分析。结果:中医药科技信息资源建设、科技信息资源种类及开放程度、信息资源获取方式及途径、个体信息素养等方面是影响基层科技人员信息利用效率的主要因素。结论:为基层构建无障碍科技信息资源服务平台,提供个性化、专业化的便捷服务,培养基层科技人员利用信息资源的能力是关键。Objective： To investigate the influence on information utilization of robust Chinese medicine science and tech- nology personnel in Hunan province. Methods： According to questionnaire based survey, telephone interview and method face to face interview were carried out, there were 200 basic traditional Chinese medicine research key personnel in Hunan Province were selected for questionnaire and statistical analysis. Results： The main factors that affect the information utilization efficiency of basic technical personnel were science and technology information resource construction of Chinese Medicine, type and Opening Rate of science and technology information resources, acquisition method and the way of information resources and the individual information literacy etc. Conclusion： The key points to enhance the information utilization of robust Chinese medicine science and technology personnel is to build a barrier free science and technology information resource service plat- form, provide personalized and professional convenient services and train the ability of basic level scientific research personnel in the use of information resources.
