摘　　要：控制性能标准指标(CPS)是评估区域电网调频能力的重要指标。通过分析电力系统中的因果关系,从理论上对造成CPS指标越限的根本原因进行了分析。通过尝试使用数据挖掘工具,从自动发电控制(AGC)机组投运情况方面进行分析,为改善CPS指标提出建议。Control performance standard （CPS） index is the important index for evaluating regional power grid fre- quency regulation ability. By analyzing the causal relationship within power system, the basic reasons for CPS index off-limit are theorized. The data mining tools are tried in the analysis of automatic generation control （AGC） unit op- eration conditions, and the suggestins are made to improve the CPS indicators.
