摘 要:基于IEC61850的变电站数据传输是智能变电站过程总线通信的重要组成部分。智能变电站中所有的控制、保护以及电流、电压信号都是在网络中传递的。通信网络作为智能变电站信息交换的枢纽,其性能对控制和保护系统功能起了决定性作用,是智能变电站安全、可靠运行的基础。分析了通用面向对象变电站事件(GOOSE)的网络传输及其延迟,并对系统网络性能进行了测试。着重研究了线路传输延迟、存储转发延迟、交换机固有延迟、排队延迟等问题。根据网络流量,定量分析了网络延时对智能变电站系统性能的影响,测算了总延迟,验证了GOOSE网跳闸方法的有效性、可靠性。The real-time and reliable data transmission based on IEC61850 is an important part of the intelligent sub- station process bus communication. All the control, protection and current/voltage signals in the intelligent substation are transmitted through network. The communication network, as information exchange hub of the intelligent substa- tion, has played a decisive role in the control and protection of system functions, and becomes the foundation of safe and reliable operation of the intelligent substation. This paper analyzes the network transmission characteristics and delay of GOOSE, and tests the performance of system network. Emphatically, the transmission delay, store-and-for- ward delay, switch delay, queuing delay are studied. According to the network flow, quantitative analysis is made on the network delay which affects the intelligent substation performance. The total delay is calculated, and the validity and reliability of the GOOSE network trip method is verified.
