摘 要:电力网络的智能报警与故障诊断过程主要依靠继电保护装置动作报警,但是,保护装置可能存在的误动将导致错误的诊断结果。随着数字变电站的发展和IEC61850的应用,变电站综合自动化系统中的二次回路信号越发显现出可用价值,这些信号中可能隐含的保护警报间的控制或闭锁关系,可以用来有效排除智能报警功能中的误动警报。本文主要讨论如何将二次回路信号整合到电力网络诊断的过程之中,研究了诊断过程中可能用到的信号,在IEC61850的基础上提出了一种二次回路信号的建模方法和一种考虑二次回路信号的诊断方法,并利用算例说明了该方法的实用性。Power grid intelligent alarm and fault diagnosis mainly rely on relay protection equipment actions. Howev- er, there may be misoperations in protection equipment, which may lead to incorrect diagnosis results. With the de- velopment of digital substation and application of IEC61850, the secondary circuit signals are available from integrat- ed automation system in substation. The control or interlock relationship between relay alarms implied in these signals may be used to get rid of misoperation alarms in intelligent alarm functions. This paper focuses on how to integrate these secondary circuit signals into power grid diagnosis process. Firstly, survey the available secondary circuit sig- nals for diagnosis purpose. Secondly, propose the modeling method of secondary circuit signals based on IEC61850. Then, present a diagnosis method considering secondary circuit signals. Finally, illustrate the practicality of the pro- posed method with calculation example.
