摘 要:根据菹草生长过程高效吸收水体中的氮磷等营养物质的特点,设置室外现场实验和室内模拟实验研究春季菹草对水体中各种形态氮的作用效果。结果表明,春季菹草对水体中各形态氮呈现先吸收后释放的作用过程,对NH3-N的吸收量最大,为86.44%,同时NH,一N的释放量也最大,达721.62%,而对NOF—N的吸收量和释放量均最小。菹草分布密度对水体中各形态氮的影响很大,在密度40--70株/rn2的各区,菹草对水体中氮的吸收量和释放量随着密度增大而减少,其中密度40株/群的D区净化效果最好,而且密度过大或过小都会影响其作用效果。室内模拟实验与室外现场实验结果一致,并证实菹草衰亡会引起水体中各形态氮含量的升高。这将为菹草净化富营养化水体提供理论依据。According to the growth characteristic of Potamogeton (3rlspus oi absorbing nitrogen ana piaospnorus eIItclently irom wa- ter, the outdoor field investigation and indoor simulated experiment are performed to do research on the effect of Potamogeton Crisp- us on different species of nitrogen in spring. The results indicate that different species of nitrogen are first absorbed then released by Potamogeton Crispus, the absorption rate of NH4+-N is with 86.44~ and the release rate of NH4+ --N is also most with 721.62~, but the absorption rate and release rate of NO3 -N are both the least. There is a significant effect of distribution density of Potamoge- ton Crispus on different species of nitrogen. When the distribution density of Potamogeton Crispus increases from 40 plants/m2 to 70 plants/m2 , the absorption rate and release rate of nitrogen decrease, and the best purifying effect is present in D area with 40 plants/ m2. The indoor simulated experiment shows the same regularity with the outdoor field investigation, and both experiments indicate that different species of nitrogen would increase during the death of Potamogeton Crispus. This research provides a theoretical basis for purifying water by Potamogeton Crispus.
