热毒宁超声雾化吸入辅治慢性支气管炎急性发作疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察热毒宁超声雾化吸入治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作的临床疗效。方法:102例随机分为对照组48例和治疗组54例,两组均给予头孢他啶及氨溴索静脉给药,治疗组加用热毒宁超声雾化吸入,观察两组症状、体征、白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞计数(Gran%)及C反应蛋白(CRP)改善情况及不良反应情况。结果:总有效率对照组62.5%,治疗组92.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组不良反应仅1例。结论:热毒宁超声雾化吸入治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作疗效肯定,安全性好。Objective： To investigate clinical effects of the Reduning ultrasonic atomizing inhalation therapy on treating acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis.Methods ： 102 cases with adult acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis patients were divided into two groups： 54 in the treated, and 48 in the control.The control group was given the ceftazidime and ambroxol by intravenous, while the treated group was given the Reduning ultrasonic atomizing inhalation therapy more, comparing the symptom, signs, white blood cell count, neutrophil count, C reactive protein change and adverse reaction events of two groups. Result： The control group total effectiveness significantly higher than treated group （ P〈0.05 ） when a case report of adverse reaction in treated group.Conclusion： Reduning ultrasonic atomizing inhalation therapy was effective and safety in treating acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis and worth promoting.
