水果香味型面罩在小儿全凭吸入安氟烷麻醉中的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨水果香味型彩色面罩和普通型无味透明面罩用于小儿全凭吸入安氟烷全麻诱导时的作用。方法将80例年龄2～7岁的患儿随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各40例。观察组小儿在全麻诱导时采用具有水果香味型彩色面罩进行吸入麻醉，对照组采用普通型无味透明面罩实施吸入麻醉。观察两组患儿麻醉前（To）、麻醉诱导后入睡即刻（T1）、手术进行10min（T2）、术毕（T3）、气管插管10min（T4）HR、MAP、RR及Sp02的变化；比较两组患儿麻醉诱导和麻醉苏醒期躁动的发生率。结果在T1和T4时点，两组的HR、MAP及RR值组内比较明显高于其它时点（P〈0．05），组间比较，对照组明显高于观察组（P〈0．05）。SpOz值各时点组内、组间比较，差异均无显著意义（P〉0．05）。观察组患儿在麻醉诱导期和麻醉苏醒期躁动的发生率明显低于对照组（P〈O．05）。结论以水果香味型彩色面罩用于小儿全凭吸入安氟烷全麻诱导优于使用普通型面罩，患儿全麻诱导期和苏醒期血流动力学更稳定，躁动的发生率更低。Objective To study the effect of general anesthesia for pediatric by total inhalation of Enfurane with fruit-flavored color gas mask and ordinary gas mask. Method Eighty patients aged from two to seven years old were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 in each group. Patients in observation group were to- tally inhaled Enfurane with fruit-flavored and color gas masks and patients in control group with ordinary gas masks. Both combined with psychological nursing during the period of anesthesia induction for different operations. HR, MAP, RR and SpOz of all patients were observed on five different time points （To ,T~ ,T2 ,T~, and T~ ）. Meanwhile the incidence of agitation of patients from two groups was recorded during the period of general anesthesia induction and the anesthesia recovery. Result HR, MAP and RR in control group were all much higher than that of in obser- vation group at T1 and T4 （P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference at the different time point between groups in SpOz （P〉0.05）. The incidence of agitation of patients in observation group was much lower than that of in control group during the general anesthesia induction and the recovery period （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect is better by fruity-flavored and color gas mask than that by ordinary mask both combined with psychological nursing for pediatric patents on total inhalation Eufurane during anesthesia induction, The patients hemodynamics is much more steady and the incidence of the agitation is much lower also.
