摘  要:用一水合硫酸氢钠催化邻苯二甲酸酐和正丁醇酯化反应,合成邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP),最佳反应条件为:正丁醇与苯酐的摩尔比为2.5∶1,催化剂与苯酐摩尔比为1∶500,反应温度195℃,反应2 h,酯化率98.5%,DBP的产率96%,纯度>99.8%;苯酐消耗定额<0.6,正丁醇消耗定额<0.7。催化剂安全、经济,不污染环境,符合绿色合成化学原则。The dibutyl phthalate was synthesized with NaHSO4 · H2O as catalyst by esterification of phthalic anhydride and n-butanol.The optimal reaction parameters for the process were obtained as follows:the molar ratio of n-butanol to phthalic anhydride was 2.5 ∶ 1,and that of the catalyst to phthalic anhydride was 1∶500,the reaction temperature was 195 ℃ and the reaction time was 2h,esterification rate was up to 98.5%.The yield for dibutyl phthalate was 96%,the fincness for dibutyl phthalate was > 99.8%.The consumption quota of phthalic anhydride was < 0.6 and that of n-butanol was < 0.7.The catalyst was safe,economic and no environmental pollution,which agrees with the principles of green synthesis chemistry.
