摘 要:采用水煎煮法提取红松松子壳多糖,考察了料液比、提取时间、提取次数对多糖产率的影响。结果表明,最佳提取条件为:料液比1∶15(g/mL),提取时间2 h,提取3次。在此优化条件下,红松松子壳多糖产率达2.9%。Polysaccharide was obtained from pine nut shell by water decocting method,the effects of water ratio,decoction time,and extraction times on the yield of the polysaccharides were investigated.The result showed that the optimal extraction parameters were established as follows:the ratio of material to water 1∶ 15(g/mL),extracted 3 times for 2 h per time.Under these optimal conditions,the yield of the polysaccharides reached 2.9%.
