摘　　要：构筑和谐医疗环境,密切医患关系成为当今社会普遍议论的焦点。广大医务人员应走出医疗纠纷的误区,使防范和解决医疗纠纷科学化、程序化,通过对避免医疗纠纷的教育及解决纠纷诸多环节的介绍,促使更多医务人员关注医疗纠纷的产生规律和预防措施。To build harmonious medical environment, closing doctor- patient relationship becomes the fo- cus of society in general. Guiding medical personnel out of the misunderstanding on medical disputes, so that to prevent medical disputes scientifically and standardized. The article introduced the issues about how to avoid medi- cal disputes through education and the key links of solving medical disputes, so as to spur tl^e medical staff to give attention to the occurrence regularity and preventive measures of medical disputes.
