摘　　要：探讨军队医院研究生的培养经验。结合长期的研究生临床带教经历,就军队医院研究生培养总结,归纳经验:思想上高度重视;临床工作中严格要求;科研工作中一丝不苟;加强考核,严格管理。Combined with long - term clinical teaching experience, the author discussed the training expe- riences of postgraduate students in military hospital, which were as follows： To attach great importance ideologically; To strengthen the requirement in clinical practice; To keep meticulous in research; To strengthen the assessment and management strictly.
