摘　　要：本文根据某军队医院机动卫勤分队参加高海拔地区野外驻训的实践,总结分析在高海拔地区驻训容易出现的高原反应、人员的不良情绪、劳动效率下降等方面的问题及产生原因,并提出加强学习、充分准备、教育疏导、科学组训等对策,增强卫勤保障能力。Combining with own practice in high altitude field training of mobile health service detachment, the authors summarized the main problems and reasons of high altitude sickness, unhealthy emotions of the staff, labor efficiency decline, etc. Moreover, some countermeasures were put forward as follows so as to improve the medical support capability of mobile health service detachment, reinforce learning, adequate preparation, education channel, scientific organization, etc.
