摘　　要：新加坡医院管理的卓越性在世界位居前列,其科学严谨、高效节约、配套完善的管理理念、制度和机制,不断推进医疗服务的人性化、规范化和程序化,值得国内同行借鉴。本文通过新加坡实地参观考察,对新加坡医疗机构的管理理念、运行模式、服务流程和制度文化进行梳理分析,并结合国内医院实际,提出促进医院管理理念更新和制度建设的思考和建议。The excellence of hospital management in Singapore is among the forefront of the industry in the world. It is worth learning that the management concepts, institutions and mechanism of scientific rigor, high effi- ciency and appropriateness, humanization, standardization and programming of medical service. The author re- viewed and analyzed the management concept, operation mode, service process and culture of Singaporean medical institutions based on on - the - spot investigation, put forward some thinking and proposals of promoting concept renovation and system construction for domestic hospitals.
