摘 要:在质量分数38%的硫酸溶液中分别加入去极化剂CuS04·5H20(质量分数1%-3%)和Fe2(s04)3(质量分数0.2%~1.2%),制得混合钽电容器工作电解液,研究了去极化剂含量对所制电解液低温稳定性、常温电导率、沸点及电化学性能的影响。结果表明,-55℃时,去极化剂含量对电解液的状态影响不大;常温时,当w(CuS04·5H20)=2%和w(Fe2(S04)3)=1%时,所制电解液的电导率分别达到最大值;随着去极化剂含量的增加,电解液沸点变化仅2-6℃;添加去极化剂可以不同程度地抑制析氢发生,降低电容器的内部压力,从而延长电容器使用寿命。The working electrolytes of hybrid tantalum capacitor were prepared by adding depolarizers CuSO4 5H20 (1%-3%, mass fraction) and Fe2(SO4)3(0.2%-1.2%, mass fraction) in sulfuric acid solution with mass fraction of 38% respectively. Effects of depolarizers content on low temperature stability, room temperature conductivity, boiling point and electrochemical performance of obtained electrolytes were studied. The results show that, the depolarizers content has little effect on configuration of electrolyte at -55 ~C. When w(CuSO4 ~ 5H20)=2% and w(Fe2(SO4)3)---l%, the room temperature conductivities of obtained electrolytes reach the maximum values respectively. With the increasing of depolarizer content, the boiling point changing of electrolytes is only 2-6 ℃. Adding depolarizer in electrolyte could restrain hydrogen evolution in varying degrees and reduce interior pressure of capacitor, so as to extend the life of the capacitor.
