摘 要:设计合成了结构新颖的乙烯桥键含氟液晶化合物.以4-溴苄溴为起始原料,经3步反应制备出目标化合物,总收率为44.1%~48.3%,目标产物色谱纯度达到99.5%以上.产物结构经IR、1 HNMR、MS确认.用DSC和POM对化合物的相变温度进行了测试,发现该类化合物均呈现向列相.乙烯桥键引入后分子长径比增大,导致熔点、清亮点上升,液晶相区增加.物理测试表明,目标化合物具有清亮点高、介电各向异性大、折光率高的特点,能够缩短液晶响应时间,在液晶显示中具有较好的应用前景.A new series of fluorinated liquid crystal compounds with and synthesized via 3 steps reaction with a purityhigher than 99.5 vi nyl linking group was designed and overall yield of 44. 1 ~ 48.3 % by using 4-bromobenzyl bromide as starting materials. Their structures were identified by IR, 1HNMR and MS and their phase transition temperatures were tested by DSC and polarized optical mi- croseope. It is found that all of the new compounds show only nematic phase, and both the melting points and clearing points increased compared with that of similar compounds without vinyl linking group due to an elongated molecular conjugation. The measurement of physical properties indicate that the compounds have higher clearing point, lager A~ and An, and fast response time which is suitable for liquid crystal display.
