摘  要:以环戊基环己酮和手性联萘二酚为基础原料经过还原、取代等一系列反应制备了一种新型高HTP值液晶用手性添加剂。其具有较大的HTP值以及良好的光稳定性和化学稳定性。此外,还具备TFT液晶显示用手性添加剂的一些其他要求,如较高的电压保持率,与主体液晶材料良好的相溶性,不易被吸附剂(硅胶或氧化铝)所吸附,螺距P有小的温度相依性等。特别是其HTP值达到了101μm-1,与其他手性剂相比,用量会更少,可以大大降低其对混晶品质的影响,并且其合成方法简单,中间体及终产物易于纯化,使其在高端TFT混晶中的应用成为可能。High HTP values chiral additives in LCD was synthesized based on 4-cyelopentylcyclohexa- none and chiral of 1,1'-Binaphthyl-2,2Cdiol by reduction reaction, substitution reaction, and a series of reactions. It has large HTP values, good light stability and chemical stability. In addition, it also has other requirements of TFT-LCD chira[ additive, such as higher voltage holding ratio, good com- patibility with the main liquid crystal material, uneasiness to be absorbed by adsorbent (silica gel or alumina), limited temperature dependence of the pitch, etc. Especially its HTP value reaches 101 t^m-1. When compared with other chiral agents, less dosage will be needed in making LCD de- vices, which can greatly reduce the negative influences of the additives on the quality of mixed crystal. The synthesis method is simple, the purifications of the intermediates and the final product are easy. These advantages make it possible for the high HTP chiral additives to be applied in the high-end TFT mixed crystals.
