摘　　要：采用汽相甲醇脱水法制二甲醚。使用Aspen Plus化工模拟软件对反应器、精馏塔、甲醇回收塔进行了模拟,综合考虑了各参数对分离效果的影响,并对参数进行了模拟计算与优化。优化结果对于指导工业生产、实现节能减排与提高产品质量具有重要的理论与现实意义。Dimethyl Ether was produced by the vapor phase methanol dehydration .The reactor ,rectifying tower ,methanol recovery tower were simulated by Aspen Plus chemical simulation software .Comprehensively considering the effect of various parameters on the separation effect ,the simulated calculation and optimization were proposed .The optimization results can guide the industrial production of energy sav-ing and emission reduction ,improving the quality of products .
