摘 要:随着社会对环境污染的容忍度越来越低,金属表面处理领域中传统磷化工艺被取代将成为必然。硅烷技术是金属表面处理的最新发展方向,它具有节能、环保、操作简便、成本低、不产生废渣等优点。目前硅烷技术在家电、汽车等陆地上应用的涂装前处理领域中已逐步取代磷化,但在海洋环境中的工业化应用国内还未见介绍。文章介绍了将硅烷技术应用于海工装备防腐领域的意义,从工艺流程、设备布置、硅烷膜质量控制等方面阐述了进行海上钻井隔水套管接头硅烷化处理系统设计以及工艺参数的优化研究,同时指出要全面推广该技术需要解决的问题。Along with low tolerance of the society to environmental pollution ,traditional phosphating process is inevitable to be replaced by metal surface treatment .Silane technology is a new trend of metal surface treatment ,with the advantages of energy saving ,environmental protection ,simple operation ,low cost ,and no residue waste .Coating of silane technology in home appliances ,automobile and other land application in pretreatment has gradually replaced the phosphating ,but the industrial application in the marine environment were not intro-duced at home .This paper introduces the significance of silane technology in marine engineering equipment anticorrosion field ,the optimi-zation research of marine drilling riser sleeve joint silylation treatment system design and process parameters from aspects of process flow , equipment layout ,silane film quality control ,and pointed out the technical problems to be solved .
