摘　　要：分析了黑龙江省森工林区开发新能源产业的现状,探讨了新能源开发的对策与措施,提出应按规划积极布局该省森工林区新能源产业开发,破解新能源发展瓶颈,通过招商引资寻求合作开发,积极推进其新能源产业的发展。This abstract is from the practice of Heilongjiang forest industry development of new energy industry, it analyse the new energy utilization in Heilongjiang Province, Inquire into the ways and methods of forest industry development and put forward the policy to promote the forest planning and the layout of the new energy industry development, breaking the bottleneck of the new energy, seeking the cooperation and development through investment, improving the new energy in- dustry development policy and the new energy market mechanism and management measures.
