摘 要:选用索氏提取法取出10种有毒杀虫植物的活性物质,按照试验设计的浓度,将原液稀释成25、50、100倍浓度,采用常量喷雾,试验每组设3个重复,每个重复30头3龄落叶松毛虫幼虫。连续观察5天。结果表明:25倍液白藓和兴安白头翁粗提物对落叶松毛虫幼虫有较强的毒杀作用,校正死亡率达到80%以上;杀虫效果较好的兴安白头翁、兴安白芷、白藓和白屈菜粗提物对落叶松毛虫3龄幼虫毒力作用高峰期出现在第2d;白屈菜药效发挥受害虫种类影响较小;兴安白头翁、白屈菜、毛穗藜芦和兴安白芷具有较大的开发应用价值。Extractions of Dictamnus dasycarpus and Pulsatillae dahurica when were diluted to 25 times have strong toxicity , which had corrected mortality of more than 80%. The substances extracted from Pulsatillae dahurica, Angelica dahuri- ca, Dietamnus dasycarpus and Cbelidonium majus had much better potency to kill pests than others, which had toxicity peak in the 2d to 3 instar larvae of Dendrolimus superans. Toxic effect of Chelidonium majus affected by pests. Insecticidal effect of Pulsatillae dahurica, Chelidonium majus , Veratrum maackii and Angelica dahuriea were better, with the great de- velopment and application value.
