妊娠家兔子宫交感神经分布的变化——HRP法研究

摘　　要：利用辣根过氧化物酶 (HRP)顺向追踪法 ,研究了家兔子宫交感神经的分布及妊娠后的变化。结果发现 ,HRP标记的交感神经纤维分布于子宫壁各层 ,其中内膜和环行肌层最多 ,神经纤维的直径为 3～ 9μm,平均为 (5.92± 0 .2 3)μm。光镜下对子宫切片整个横断面计数发现 ,妊娠组 (妊娠 18d)与非妊娠组相比 ,妊娠子宫各段 HRP标记神经纤维数量显著下降 (P<0 .0 1) ,表明妊娠子宫交感神经数量减少。除数量变化外 ,妊娠组子宫 HRP标记神经纤维直径也有减小的趋势。Horseradish peroxidase(HRP) was injected into the caudal mesenteric ganglia of rabbits to investigate the changes of uterine sympathetic nerves during pregnancy. The results showed that the nerves labelled with HRP demonstrated in every layer of the uterus and were abundant in the endometrium and circular smooth muscle layers. The diameters of the never fibers were approximately 3～9μm,average (5.92±0.23)μm. The amount of the labelled nerves decreased greatly in the pregnant groups( P <0.01).Moreover, the diameter of the nerves in the pregnant uterus also decreased during pregnancy. The possible physiological role of the changes in the uterine sympathetic nerve after pregnancy was discussed.
