摘　　要：目的:观察重组人表皮细胞生长因子(rhEGF)局部喷洒加蝶形胶布拉合治疗妇科切口裂开的疗效。方法:选择2012年6月—2013年7月术后发生切口裂开的患者24例,随机分为试验组和对照组各12例,试验组采用rhEGF局部喷洒加蝶形胶布拉合切口;对照组采用传统换药法,对换药天数、患者满意度、愈合时间进行统计分析。结果:试验组患者换药次数及愈合时间均明显缩短,患者满意度明显提高。结论:rhEGF局部喷洒加蝶形胶布拉合治疗切口裂开疗效肯定,简便易行。Objective ：To observe the clinical effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor （rhEGF） local spraying and butterfly tape close treatment for gynecologic abdominal incision split. Methods：Twenty-four cases with postoperative incision dehiscence from June 2012 to July 2013 were divided into test group and control group, 12 cases of test group, taking local spray human recombinant epidermal cell growth factor and butterfly tape pull close incision. The other 12 cases as control group, the traditional treatment method is adopted, the bandage for days, patient satisfaction and healing time were observed. Results：Experimental group patients treatment times and healing time were significantly shortened, patient satisfaction has improved significantly. Conclusion：Human recombinant epidermal cell growth factor local spray plus and butterfly tape pull have curative effect on incision dehiscence, is simple.
