毕单系列玉米品种碳酸酐酶的光照生态适应性

摘  要:应用适定性参数法、变异系数法和回归系数法,分析了毕单系列主栽玉米品种碳酸酐酶(CA)活性的光照生态适应性。应用适定性参数法分析的结果表明,毕单18号的CA稳定性较差,毕单17号的CA对所有光照条件的适应性良好,毕单10号的CA在光照变化的响应中显得过于稳定,毕单15号的CA则显得活性较低,而且稳定性很差;毕单13号在所有光照环境中CA的反应较稳定,适应性较好;应用变异系数法分析的结果表明,毕单18号、毕单17号为高CA活性高稳定性品种,毕单10号为低CA活性高稳定性品种,毕单13号为低CA活性低稳定性品种,毕单15号为低CA活性高不稳定性品种;应用回归系数法分析的结果表明,毕单17号、毕单18号、毕单13号为低适应性品种,而毕单10号、毕单15号为高适应性品种。Using well-posedness parameters, variation coefficients and regression coefficients, ecological suitability of carbonic anhydrase from Bidan maize varieties was analyzed. The results showed that the stability of Bidan No.18 CA was poor. Bidan No.17 had good adaptability. Bidan No.lO was stable. Bidan No.15 was poor stability and its CA activity was low to light change. CA reaction of Bidan No.13 had good stability and suitability. Bidan No.18 and Bidan No.17 were highly reactive and stable. Bidan No.lO was slightly active and highly stable. Bidan No.13 was slightly active and stable. Bidan No.15 was slightly active and highly instable. Bidan No.17, Bidan No.18 and Bidan No.13 were lowly adaptive varieties. Bidan No.lO and Bidan No.15 were highly adaptive varieties.
