摘  要:以稳定的转PEPC基因水稻和未转PEPC基因水稻为供试材料,对其外形和光合酶活性进行测定。结果表明,与未转PEPC基因水稻相比,转PEPC基因水稻株高增加、茎秆变粗、叶片变宽、根系发达,光合酶活性增加,且产量构成因素均增加。The agronomic traits and photosynthetic enzymes activity were studied in maize PEPC transgenic rice and the un transformed rice. The results showed that the plant height was higher, the stalk was stronger, the leaf was wider, the root system was more exuberant than that of the untranformed rice. The photosynthetic enzyme activity was increased and the yield com ponents were improved in PEPC transgenic rice.
