摘  要:研究采用乙二胺、氢氧化钠和硫酸等对麦草进行预处理,分析预处理后麦草的组分变化,并通过X射线衍射对麦草秸秆纤维结晶度的变化进行表征。结果表明,先碱后酸预处理后麦草秸秆纤维的结晶度上升最大。麦草经过预处理后可以溶解在氢氧化钠/硫脲/尿素/水的溶液中,通过对比几种预处理麦草的溶解性能,表明经过先碱后酸预处理后的麦草在氢氧化钠/硫脲/尿素/水的溶液中溶解性能最好。Wheat straw was pretreated in solution of sodium hydroxide, sulphuric acid and 1,2-ethylenediamine. The changes of components and structure of different solution were investigated. The change of crystallinity was characterized by X-ray diffraction. Results showed that wheat straw pretreated in solution of sodium hydroxide-sulphuric acid had the most decrease of crystallinity. Pretreated wheat straw can dissolve in NaOH/urea/thiourea aqueous solution. The dissolving property of wheat straw pretreated was compared. Results showed that wheat straw pretreated in solution of sodium hydroxide-sulphuric acid had the best ability of dissolution.
