摘 要:采用灌胃法,对96只小鼠进行黄芪(Radix astragali)多糖低剂量治疗组50 mg/kg(LPG)、中剂量治疗组100 mg/kg(MPG)、高剂量治疗组200 mg/kg(HPG)处理,以灌胃去离子水为对照组(CG),连续灌胃28 d,对小鼠负重力竭游泳时间、血乳酸、肝糖原的含量及肝组织中SOD、GSH-Px的活性等指标进行测定,以研究黄芪多糖的抗疲劳作用。结果表明,黄芪多糖可延长小鼠负重力竭游泳时间,降低机体血乳酸的积累,增加肝糖原的储备,起到延缓疲劳发生、提高运动能力的作用;黄芪多糖能提高小鼠肝组织中SOD、GSH-Px抗氧化酶的活性,具有抗氧化损伤作用,能保护运动诱导的氧化应激。Anti-fatigue effect of polysaccharide from Radix astragali was investigated. 96 male mice were divided into the following 4 experimental groups: low-dose treated group 50 mg/kg polysaccharide(LPG), medium-dose treated group 100 mg/ kg polysaccharide (MPG),high-dose treated group 200 mg/kg polysaccharide (HPG),and dH20 control group (CG) for 28 consecutive days. The loading-weight exhausting swimming time, blood lactic acid, liver glycogen, SOD and GSH-Px concent in mice were determined. Results showed that polysaccharide from Radix astragali would significantly inhibit fatigue, which extended the loading-weight exhausting swimming time of mice, effectively delayed the increase of blood lactic acid, increased the storage of tissue glycogen, up-regulated SOD and GSH-Px activity during exercise and prevented oxidative stress.
