摘  要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取荆芥(Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq.)挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)鉴定其化学成分,分析了不同产地荆芥药材中挥发油的化学成分,可为其质量评价提供依据.不同产地荆芥药材挥发油中均含有薄荷酮、异薄荷酮、胡薄荷酮、丁香烯、棕榈酸、亚麻酸等13种成分,其共有成分占挥发油总量的81.02%~87.67%,其中荆芥挥发油特征成分胡薄荷酮以6号样品相对含量最高(36.99%),3号样品最低(24.26%);而含量较高的薄荷酮以2号样品相对含量最高(44.00%),6号样品最低(16.61%).不同产地荆芥挥发油有13种相同成分,但各种成分比例存在一定差异.To analyze the chemical components of the volatile oils of the Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq. from different habitats and provide scientific basis for its quality control, the volatile oils were extracted by water-steam distillation and their con- stituents were separated and identified by GC-MS. 13 common constituents were found in the volatile oils from the herbs of different habitats including menthone, isomenthone, pulegone, caryophyllene, n-hexadecanoic acid, linolenic acid, etc. The contents of the common compounds accounted for 81.02%-87.67% of the total oils. The maximum content of pulegone was in No.6(36.99%), and the minimum content of pulegone was in No.3(24.66%); the maximum content of menthone was in No.2 (44.00%), and the minimum content of menthone was in No.6 (16.61%). The volatile oils of Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq. of various habitats had 13 common comuounds, but the contents of these chemical constituents ware different_
