成都市土地集约利用与城市化协调发展研究

摘　　要：在构建城市土地集约利用与城市化协调发展评价模型的基础上,分析2001-2010年成都市城市土地集约利用与城市化进程的协调程度,以期为成都市城市的可持续发展、和谐社会的构建和科学发展观的实践提供决策。研究结果表明,在城市化进程中,要处理好保护土地与发展城市化二者之间的关系,既要保证城市化进程顺利进行,又要节约用地,提高土地特别是城市土地的集约化利用程度。With the analysis of the coordinated development between urban land-intensive use and urbanization of Chengdu in 2001-2010 based on the valuations of urban land-intensive use and urbanization, it is hoped to provide concrete reference for sustainable development, the construction of harmonious society and the practice of scientific outlook on development in Chengdu. The results indicate that we should properly handle the relationship between the land and urbanization. What＇s more, the urbanization process should be carried out smoothly, and the land should be economically used to improve the in- tensive degree of the urban land.
