摘　　要：以高村社区规划设计为例,探索如何在"三化"协调发展的基础上合理规划建设新型农村社区。通过总结归纳新型农村社区建设的深层内涵,分析新型农村社区在"三化"协调发展中的作用,并提出相应的规划策略。On the basis of industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization coordinated development, the construc tion of new rural community was planned. Taking Gaocun community as an example, the function of new rural community in industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization coordinated development was analyzed in summarizing the deep meaning of new rural community construction. Meanwhile, the plan and design strategies were put forward.
