摘　　要：采用Delphi 7.0编程语言开发了船舶涂料溶剂计算机辅助设计软件。该软件通过对涂料溶剂在船用低碳钢上挥发成膜过程中的特性曲线、与树脂相溶性、溶剂粘度和表面张力等诸多性质变化曲线的预测,为选择合理的溶剂配方提供了理论指导,可大为节省在溶剂配方设计时所耗费的实验时间。该软件具有界面友好,操作方便等优点,配方结果既能图形显示,也可以多种格式输出。软件还提供了多种计算模型,以适合不同类型的溶剂。在科学研究与工业应用上具有很高的实用价值。The computer aided design software for marine paint solvents is developed by Delphi 7.0. This sotlware can be used to predict solvent＇s property curves, such as intermiscibility with resin, viscosity and surface tension, in the process of solvent evaporating and film formation on the low-carbon steel for ship. The predicting results provide theoretical guidance for choosing reasonable solvent formula. It can save a lot of time using the soitware to design solvent formula compared with the experiment. The software interface is amity and operated easily. The formula results can be showed not only by graphs but also by multiple output formats. In this software, it is provided a variety of calculation modals for different types of solvents. The sottware has a high practical value in the scientific research and industrial applications.
