红光照射配合针刺并药物治疗96例面神经炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察采用红光照射配合针刺并药物治疗面神经炎的临床疗效。方法:将96例面神经炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各48例,两组均予维生素类药物、激素、脑苷肌肽及抗病毒等常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用红光照射和针刺治疗。疗程均为2周,并观察临床疗效。结果:治疗2周后,治疗组愈显率为91.67%,对照组为60.42%,治疗组愈显率明显优于对照组(P<0.01),两组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义。结论:采用红光照射配合针刺并药物治疗面神经炎的临床疗效明显优于单纯药物治疗的疗效。Objective：To observe the red glow with the clinical curative effect of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of facial paralysis. Methods：96 patients with facial paralysis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group of 48 cases, two groups are vitamin drugs, hormone, brain glycosides, carnosine and antiviral treatment, the conventional treatment group on the basis of the added with red light irradiation and acupuncture treatment. A course of 2 weeks, and observe the clinical cu-rative effect. Results： Two weeks after treatment, the treatment group markedly effective rate was 91.67%, the control group was 60.42%, markedly effective rate of treatment group was obviously better than the control group （P〈0.01）, two groups of clinical cura-tive effect of comparative differences have statistical significance. Conclusion： the red glow with the clinical curative effect of acu-puncture and medicine in the treatment of facial paralysis is superior to simple the efficacy of drug treatment.
