个性化健康教育及咨询对降低重复流产率的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨人工流产术后如何有效落实避孕措施及降低重复流产率。方法:将600例接受人工流产的育龄妇女在术前进行随机分组,对照组实施集体健康教育;干预组采用一对一个性化健康教育及咨询。两组均在术后1月、3月、6月、12月分别进行随访,观察术后主动避孕落实情况,重复流产率差异。结果:实施一对一个性化健康教育及咨询后,在各随访期干预组的主动避孕率均明显高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(p<0.05),干预组的重复流产率也明显低于对照组,差异也有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:对育龄妇女提供一对一个性化健康教育和咨询,可以切实调动她们的主动避孕意识,并及时落实有效的避孕措施,其影响优于集体健康教育,因而减少重复流产的发生。OBJECTIVE：To investigate how to implement contraceptive measures effectively and reduce the repetition rate of abortion after artificial abortion. METHODS：A total of 600 female were randomly divided into intervention and control group before artificial abortion. The patients in control group were given collective health education, while the patients in intervention group one-on-one personalized health education and consultation. All patients were followed up in 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months postoperative, respectively, to observe the postoperative differences of contraceptive measures carried out and repeated abor-tion rate. RESULTS：The contraceptive rate of intervention group was higher than that of control group, and the repeated abortion rate of intervention group was lower than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant （p〈0.05）. CONCLUSION：To carry out individualized health education and consultation for female of childbearing age can let them take more active, effective, and safer contraception mode, than collective health education. It could enhance the success rate of contraception and reduce repeated abortion rate.
