摘  要:以纳米γ一Al2O3和活性炭为原料,采用碳热还原法合成AlON粉体,研究原料粉末在行星式球磨机上的球磨时间对合成粉体物相组成的影响规律。结果表明,在2~24h内混合原料粉末时,延长原料粉末的球磨时间可有效细化活性炭,提高混合粉末的比表面积,提高Al2O3和活性炭混合的均匀性,有利于纯相A1ON粉体的合成,而对于球磨时间较短的原料粉末,可以通过提高烧结温度或延长保温时间促进AlON相形成。经24h球磨的原料粉末在1750℃碳热还原60min获得的纯相AlON粉体,在1880℃无压烧结制备了最大红外透过率为81%的A1ON透明陶瓷(3mm厚样品)。Using nano-sized γ-Al2O3 and activated carbon as starting powders, ALON powoers were Syunthesized by carbothermal reduction and nitridation (CTRN) method. The mixture powders were ball milled in a planeta- ry grinder, and effects of milling time on phase assemblages of products were approached. The results revealed that longer milling time contributed to the refinement of carbon, more homogeneous mixture powders with higher specific area was prepared after 24 h milling. The fine and homogeneous mixture powders were benefit for the synthesis of pure phase AION powder. However, for the powders milled in a shorter time, to raise sin- tering temperature or elongate holding time could also promote A1ON phase formation. By pressless sintering the AION powder prepared at 1 750 ℃ for 60 min using the mixed powders of milling for 24 h, transparent AION ceramics with maximum transmittance of 81% (3 mm in thickness) were fabricated at 1 880 ℃.
