摘 要:利用常用的氨基磺酸系减水剂和萘系减水剂进行复合效应,并检验复合效应之后的效果。通过对比试验测量四种型号、不同条件的水泥单独利用氨基磺酸系减水剂的效果及单独利用萘系减水剂进行分析,再将氨基磺酸系与萘系减水剂按照不同比例复合检测减水剂的对水泥的使用效果。氨基磺酸系与萘系减水剂复合减水剂使用量减少,依赖效果明显增加。研究表明:两者复配具有良好的效果,净浆流动度有着明显的提高,同时在复配过程中复配效果和减水剂对水泥适应性有较大关联。To take advantage of the amino acid based superplasticizer and naphthalene superplasticizer composite effect experiment. Different conditions of cement alone the use of amino acid based superplasticizer effect and naphthalene superplasticizer were analyzed separately, by comparative experiments measuring different models, and then the amino acid series naphthalene superplasticizer effect of superplasticizer use.Naphthalene superplasticizer and cement has good adaptability,amino sulfonate superplasticizer on cement dependence,naphthalene superplasticizer in the the same paste fluidity case required amino sulfonate the superplasticizer quality of 2 times, but the amino acid-based compound naphthalene superplasticizer water reducing agent to reduce the use, the effect is significantly increased.The study on the the amino sulfonate superplasticizer and naphthalene superplasticizer complex with, studies have shown that both mixed with good results, paste fluidity has increased significantly, compounding effect in the complex process and superplasticizer cement adaptability associated.
