乳化沥青改性橡胶混凝土试验研究

摘　　要：通过试验研究了橡胶颗粒取代粗骨料制备橡胶混凝土。试验过程中,橡胶颗粒取代粗骨料体积分别为25%、50%、75%、100%,同时引入乳化沥青对橡胶混凝土进行改性。分别测试了橡胶混凝土的新拌性能,包括坍落度和含气量,同时测试了硬化后橡胶混凝土的力学特性,包括抗压强度,抗弯强度和静弹性模量。试验结果表明:随着橡胶颗粒体积掺量增大,其坍落度降低,含气量增大,力学性能降低。在相同橡胶体积掺量条件下,乳化沥青掺入提高了橡胶混凝土坍落度。但对于含气量和抗压强度的影响则依赖于乳化沥青掺入量的大小。在一定掺量条件下,乳化沥青改善了橡胶混凝土的抗压强度和抗弯强度,但降低了橡胶混凝土的静弹性模量。试验结果表明:引入适当掺量的乳化沥青有效改善了橡胶颗粒与水泥基体界面黏结力,提高了橡胶混凝土力学性能。In this study, the usage of tire-rubber particles as a replacement for coarse aggregate in concrete is investigated.Rubber has re- placed coarse aggregate at content levels of 25,50,75 and 100% in concrete by volume.Also, emulsified asphalt（EA ） was used to improve the mechanical properties of rubberized concrete.The slump,air content,compressive strength,elasticity modulus and fiexural strength have been compared to the corresponding properties of controlled concrete.Consequently, an increase in rubber content leads to a decrease in slump and an increase in air content because of the rough surface of rubber.An increase in rubber content decreases the hardened proper- ties, such as compressive strength, elasticity modulus and flexural strength, because of its lower stiffness and poorer bonding between rub- ber and the paste matrix.ln the case of equal levels of rubber particle content, addition of emulsified asphalt greatly increases slump.How- ever, the effects of EA on the properties of rubberized concrete, such as air content, strength and elasticity modulus, are based on the EA/C ratio.A certain level of EA addition can improve the compressive and fiexural strength of rubberized concrete.EA addition reduces the elas- ticity modulus of the concrete.Addition of EA is a good way to improve the bonding between rubber particles and cement paste.
