摘  要:针对宁夏再生骨料利用问题,在已有研究的基础上。以再生骨料取代率、粉煤灰取代率和钢纤维体积掺量为因素,设计L9(33)正交试验和单因素试验方案。研究了再生骨料对混凝土抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和工作性能的作用效果,揭示了作用规律,并进行了机理分析。试验结果表明:混凝土28 d抗压强度随着再生骨料掺量的增加而降低,钢纤维掺入再生混凝土中可以有效改善其力学性能,提高其拉压强度,对于提高废弃混凝土的再生利用具有重要的意义。On the utilization problem of recycled aggregate in Ningxia, on the basis of existing research.Taking recycled aggregate and fly ash replacement rate and volume fractions of steel fiber as factor, and Lg( 33) orthogonal experiment and single factor experiment program is designed.The effect of the recycled aggregate on the compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and work performance of concrete was studied, the mechanism was analyzed and the effect law was revealed.The results showed that:the 28 day compressive strength of con- crete decreased with the increase of recycled aggregate dosage, the recycled concrete with steel fiber could effectively improve its mechani- cal properties and improve its tensile-compressive strength.It is more meaningful for recycling of the construction waste.
