摘  要:按照《膨胀聚苯板薄抹灰外墙外保温系统》标准,对外墙外保温用轻质专用抹面砂浆I、轻质专用抹面砂浆II及常用聚合物抹面砂浆进行标准养护、耐候性试验(热雨循环80次、热冷循5次)后的力学性能对比,同时,对3种砂浆利用SEM进行了微观机理研究。结果表明:3种砂浆经历一定次数的热雨循环和热冷循环后,其抗压、抗折强度有不同程度的降低,压折比有不同程度的增大;微观研究与宏观上3种砂浆的抗压、抗折强度表现相一致。轻质专用抹面砂浆I和轻质专用抹面砂浆II抗裂性优于常用聚合物砂浆。According to "external thermal insulation composite systems based on expanded polystyrene", It was studied on the mechanical properties of polymer plaster mortars which are lightweight polymer mortar I, lightweight polymer mortar II and commonly used polymer mortar for external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS) under weathering test and Standard curing.At the same time, it was studied on the microstructure using SEM about these three mortars.The results demonstrated that the compressive strength and the flexural strength of these three polymer plaster mortars for ETICS all declined to different extent,the flexural and compressive strength ratio of polymer plaster mortars increased.The study of Microstructure is consistent with the compressive strength and the flexural strength. Lightweight polymer mortar I and lightweight polymer mortar II are better than commonly used polymer mortar.
