摘 要:为探讨朱顶红鳞茎在不同贮藏条件下生理生化方面的变化,以朱顶红‘红狮’的鳞茎为材料,通过测定其淀粉含量、可溶性糖含量、α-淀粉酶的活性及可溶性蛋白含量,并对测定数据进行单因子、双因子方差分析及相关性分析,研究了不同贮藏温度(20、12、8、4℃)和不同贮藏天数(0、15、30、45 d)条件下‘红狮’外、内层鳞片中4个生理生化指标的变化。结果表明,随着温度的降低和贮藏天数的增加,‘红狮’外、内层鳞片的淀粉含量逐渐减少,α-淀粉酶活性和可溶性糖含量呈增加趋势,可溶性蛋白含量随贮藏天数的增加先升高,至第30天后逐渐减少。4个指标间的相关性呈极显著水平(P≤0.01),贮藏温度和贮藏天数及其交互作用对绝大多数指标的影响均显著。In order to research physiological and biochemical changes of bulbs in Hippeastrum vittatum under different storage conditions, taking bulbs of H. vittatum 'Redlion' as materials, starch content, soluble sugar content, a-amylase activity and soluble protein content were determined, and the determined results were analyzed by variance analysis of single factor and double factors and correlation analysis, changes of four physiological and biochemical indexes of outer and inner scales in H. vittatum 'Redlion' were researched under different temperatures (20, 12, 8, 4 ℃ ) and duration (0, 15, 30, 45 d). The results indicate that with temperature decreasing and storage duration increasing, the starch contents of outer and inner scales is decreased gradually, while the α-amylase activity and soluble sugar content show an increasing trend, and the soluble protein content is increased firstly, and then gradually reduced after 30 days as storage duration increasing. The correlation of four indexes reaches a very significant level (P ≤ 0.01). Influences of storage temperature, storage duration and their interaction on most indexes are significant.
