摘  要:针对光伏电站并网技术和自身运行技术特点,采用层次分析法构建了光伏电站技术性能评价指标体系,并采用德尔菲法确定各层次指标权重以改善评价过程的客观性。论文通过灰色关联度分析法与层次分析法的结合,建立了灰色多层次综合评价法,对光伏电站技术性能的各个方面以及光伏电站整体技术性能进行综合评价。最后通过算例验证了本文方法的有效性和实用性。According to the feature of grid connection techniques of photovohaic power plants and their own operation technology,this paper constructs the index system for photovoltaic power plants by analytic hierarchy process and uses the Delphi method to determine the index weights of all levels to improve the evaluation process objectivity. After combining of the gray relation analysis and analytic hierarchy process ,the method of grey multi-hierarchy comprehen- sive evaluation is established. It is used to evaluate the various parts of and the overall technical performance of photovoltaic power plants. Through calculating the real data of a photovoltaic power plant,the result proves the model's efficiency and feasibility.
