摘 要:介绍了一种弱氧化性处理技术及其在630 MW超临界直流炉上的应用,应用结果表明,采用向凝结水精处理出口加氧,通过调节除氧器排气门的开度,可以精确控制省煤器入口给水溶解氧含量在5 ~ 10 μg/L,成功解决了一般AVT(O)处理时,给水溶解氧过低的问题,提高了AVT(O)处理的防腐效果,而且可以有效降低给水的加氨量,延长精处理的运行周期.This paper introduces a kind of weak oxidizing treatment technology and its application in the 630 MW su- percritical units,the application results show that it can accurately control the dissolved oxygen concentration of econ- omizer inlet feed water at a level of 5 - 10 μg/L through adjusting the opening of deaerator's exhaust valve and by adding oxygen to the exit of condensate polishing processors. The technology solves the problem of low dissolved oxy- gen concentration in normal AVT (O) successfully,improves the anticorrosion effect of the AVT (O) treatment. On the other hand, it can bring down the amount of ammonia in feed water effectively and elongate the operation cycle of condensate polisher.
