摘 要:优质服务是供电企业的生命线,95598服务热线作为供电企业面向客户的服务窗口,是营造和谐供用电环境至关重要的环节。廊坊供电公司95598客户服务中心对新形势下提升优质服务品质面临的挑战与对策进行深入探索,分析新形势下深化优质服务面临的四方面重点问题,从创新科学培训机制、完善优质服务管理体系、强化班组管理职能、推进服务平台建设四方面着手,采取形式多样的创新举措,在全面深化电力优质服务方面取得了一些成绩。High-quality service is the lifeline for power supply enterprises and 95598 service hotline is a customer oriented service window for power supply enterprise, it is also the most important link in harmonization of power supply and utilization. Langfang Power Supply Company 95598 customer service center had made exploratory research on the challenges and countermeasures to improve the quality of service in the new situation. Key problems were analyzed from four aspects ,the innovation of scientific training mechanism, improvements of service management system, en- hancement of team management function and promotion of service platform construction. Various measures were taken to comprehensively improve quality service and some achievements have been obtained.
