摘　　要："下一代贸易与投资"议题是APEC合作中的新内容,它体现了亚太区域经济一体化程度不断深化的发展趋势,也反映出有关成员应对新的贸易挑战的利益诉求。目前,APEC"下一代贸易与投资议题"包括四个方面的内容,初步确立了合作框架。Next-generation trade and investment issue is the new content of APEC＇s cooperation. It reflects the trend of deeper integration in Asia-Pacific region and the demand of related member economies facing the new trading challenges. Next-generation trade and investment issues of APEC now include four aspects and APEC has also established the framework of cooperation. The new issues need APEC members＇ high-level input to promote further integration of economic policy and regulatory framework. It is also facing series of challenges in achieving substantial outcomes.
