摘　　要：目的：建立高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定速效心痛滴丸中芍药苷的含量。方法：采用phenomenex luna—C_18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）色谱柱；以乙腈-0．1％磷酸溶液（15：85）为流动相；检测波长为230nm。结果：芍药苷在0．0310272～3．10272μg范围内线性良好，平均回收率为99．46％，RSD为0．46％（n=6）。结论：本方法可用于速效心痛滴丸的质量控制。Objective ： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Suxiaoxintong dropping pills. Methods： Analyses was carried out on phenomenex tuna - C_18 column （250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm） with acetonitrile -0.1% phosphoric acid as mobile phase,The detection wavelength was set at 230 nm. Result： The calibration curve of paeoniflorin was linear in the range of 0. 031 027 2 to 3. 10272μg （ r = 1, n = 6） , and average recovery was 99.46%, RSD was 0.46%. Conclusion： The method can be used for the quality control and determination of Suxiaoxintong dropping pills.
