摘　　要：目的：改进复方氯霉素洗剂中氯霉素的含量测定方法。方法：采用双波长紫外分光光度法测定氯霉素的含量，且不需进行额外的样品处理过程。结果：氯霉素测定的线性范围为2．5～20Ixg／ml（r=0．9999）；低、中、高浓度的回收率分别为99．25％、100．87％和98．81％。结论：双波长紫外分光光度法用于测定复方氯霉素洗剂中氯霉素的含量，与现行的重氮滴定法比较，方法准确，简便易行，适用于医院制剂的快检要求。Objective： To Improve the method of determination of chloramphenicol in compound chloramphenicol lotion. Methods：Dual wavelength UV spectrophotometry was used to directly determine the chloramphenicol without any additional processing. Results ： The linear range is 2.5 - 20μg/ml （ r = 0. 999 9 ） , the recovery of ehloramphenicol from the high, medium and low levels of chloramphenicol solution was 99.25 % , 100.87% and 98.81% , respectively. Conclusions： The method of dual wavelength UV spectrophotometry for the determination of chloramphenicol in compound chloramphenicol lotion is accurate, simple and suitable for hospital preparations.
