摘　　要：甘草次酸(GA)因具有良好的肝组织分布特征,作为一种肝靶向小分子化学载体被广泛研究。本文综述近年来对甘草次酸进行结构修饰得到的具有肝靶向作用的甘草次酸类载体分子的合成及其在肝靶向药物分子和药物制剂设计中的应用。Glycyrrhetinic acid（GA） has been widely studied as a liver- targeted small molecular chemical carrier due to its good distribution in liver tissue. Recent research in the synthesis of liver - targeted carrier molecules based on structural modification of GA and their application in the design of liver - targeted drug molecules and preparations are reviewed in this article.
