摘　　要：《三字经》是中华民族的文化瑰宝和中国古代启蒙教育的经典诗作。"三美"论(意美、音美和形美)是许渊冲先生提出的诗歌翻译的最高境界和标准。以"三美"论为视角和指导,对《三字经》的三个英译本进行深入的比较和赏析,旨在为中国古典诗词的英译带来借鉴与启示,更好地传播中国文化。The Three Character Classic is a cultural treasure of the Chinese nation as well as a traditional primer for elementary education in ancient China. Xu Yuanchong＇s beauty principle in meaning, sound and form provides not only the artistic conception but also the highest standards for the translation of the Three Character Classic. This paper make a comparative analysis of the three English versions of the Three Character Classic from the perspective of Xu＇s theory in an attempt to shed some light on the English translation of classic Chinese poetry and push the spread of Chinese culture as well.
