摘　　要：随着城市文化建设的发展,社会对城市公共艺术专业人才的需求量加大。几年间,中国各大专业院校相继开办艺术设计类专业,但是在人才培养上却一直沿用传统的美院教学模式,培养出的学生已不能满足社会的需求,而多学科的综合类院校则具备独特的资源优势和学科特色,通过进行具体培养模式的研究,可以实现公共艺术人才培养的良性发展。With the development of the urban cultural construction, there is an increasingly demand for talents of urban public art. The major professional colleges and universities of China have started the art design specialty successively in resent years, and are still keeping on the traditional training mode of the academy of fine arts. The students cultivated in this way are unable to meet the demand of the society. The paper proposes the approach to take advantage of the unique resource superiority and the discipline characteristics of the comprehensive university of multidisciplinary and make the study of the specific training mode to realize the benign development of public art talents training.
