摘 要:以辛基三乙氧基硅氧烷生产过程中产生的高沸副产物为防水活性成分,选用便宜易得的微硅粉为载体,制备了有机硅防水粉。以液质联用(HPLC-MS)检定高沸副产物,以红外光谱分析、激光粒度仪表征自制防水粉物化性质,并将其试用于防水砂浆中,与DOW CORNINGGP SHP 50防水粉进行对比,参照相关标准,测试了防水砂浆的工作性能、力学性能、防水性能。结果表明,自制防水粉在降低成本的同时,其制备方法切实可行,其配制的防水砂浆各项指标均达到标准要求。An organic silicon waterproof powder was prepared with high boiling organosilicon by- product produced during synthesis of n-octyltriethoxysilane as active component and available micro silicon powder as carrier. HPLC-MS was employed to examine the high boiling product. FTIR and laser particle size analysis were adopted to characterize the physiochemical properties of the organic silicon waterproof powder. The waterproof powder was used to produce ready-mixed waterproof mor- tar. Comparison of the working performance, mechanical and waterproof properties of waterproof mortar was conducted between the ready-mixed waterproof mortar and another waterproof mortar made in accordance with DOW CORNING method is practicable with the properties of requirements.
