摘　　要：组织际信息系统的研究一直是国外研究的热点,文章致力于界定组织际信息系统的运作模式,将组织际信息系统的运作模式划分四种类型:资源共享式、互补性合作式、运作协作式、运作协调式,进一步描述四种模式的定义、特征与差异,并从企业、供应链两个方面与运作支持与战略支持两个维度构建组织际信息系统运作模式的概念模型,从而提炼四种组织际信息系统运作模式的模型结构。为组织际信息系统的采纳、治理、绩效、协调及应用等方面的研究提供新的思路。Interorganizational information systems （IOS） has been a hot-spot in foreign related re- search field. The operation mode of the interorganizational information systems is defined, which can be divided into four types： resource pooling IOS, complementary cooperation IOS, operational coop- eration IOS and operational coordination IOS. The definitions and features of the four modes and the differences among them are described. A conceptual model of the four modes is constructed from the aspects of enterprise and supply chain and the dimensions of operational support and strategic sup- port. A model of the four modes of interorganizational information systems is refined, which provides a new way for the research on the adoption, governance, performance, coordination and applications of interorganizational information systems.
